Day 24:
James 1:22 – “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.”
Devotion:
James says that hearing the Word without doing anything about it is like looking in a mirror and immediately forgetting what you look like. The whole point of seeing clearly is to act on it. Bible study was never meant to stop at information. It is supposed to lead to transformation. Think about what you have read and learned this week. What has God been saying to you? Obedience is not just following rules. It is how you show God that you actually believe what you say you believe. And every time you take a step of obedience, your faith gets stronger and Scripture makes more sense.
