Local Reach
Combining practical support with gospel-centered programs to help individuals and families break free from financial hardship.
This vision began with a simple but powerful question from Pastor Gabe:
“What if 100% of our church focused on addressing one issue in our community?
We believe that focus is poverty—and we’re all in.
Local Reach is about the neighborhoods, towns, and cities where you live. As you sense God's intentionality in your own life, you feel a growing responsibility for those closest to you—and that responsibility spills into your community. This is where The Point's Gospel-Centered Path Out of Poverty lives: mentorship in local schools, meeting practical needs in marginalized neighborhoods, serving as a hub that connects people to existing non-profits rather than duplicating efforts, and teaching entrepreneurship that breaks generational cycles of poverty. Reaching your locale means coming alongside what God is already doing with your prayers, your presence, and your resources.

Local Reach Groups
As a Church, our hope for every single group is that Reach would be an outflow and result of what they study and learn together while in their groups. There are also multiple Local Reach Groups have been formed to meet the specific needs of our local communities. These groups meet weekly within differing neighborhoods to build relationships, show love, and meet practical needs.
