As you go through the rest of this week, remember the bottom line from the message; Proper understanding produces proper application. In this passage King Solomon talks about how important it is to seek wisdom and understanding. This is because gaining wisdom and understanding from the Lord changes the way we think. This new frame of thinking with wisdom and understanding changes our actions and the way we navigate life.

Questions:

1. What areas of your life are you needing extra wisdom and understanding this week?
2. How can you grow your understanding in these areas to further align them with Christ?
3. Verse 13 says, “Hold on to instruction, do not let it go; guard it well, for it is your life.” How well are you holding on to instruction? Are you holding tight the wisdom and understanding you gain, or are you quick to forget and not apply it in your life?
