Day 29 - SL 40 Days

Day 29:

Psalm 119:33-37: ³³ Teach me, O Lord, the way of your statutes; and I will keep it to the end. ³⁴ Give me understanding, that I may keep your law and observe it with my whole heart.³⁵ Lead me in the path of your commandments, for I delight in it.³⁶ Incline my heart to your testimonies, and not to selfish gain! ³⁷ Turn my eyes from looking at worthless things; and give me life in your ways.

Today take this passage of scripture and pray it over yourself.

• Pray that the Lord would teach you and that you would follow his teachings.
• Pray that He would give you understanding and that your heart would be drawn to obey him.
• Pray that He would direct your path and that you would be delighted to follow it.
• Pray that He would turn your heart toward his ways and away from selfishness
• Pray that He would help you turn your eyes away from worthless things and toward him instead
