Matthew 13:23: "But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it. This is the one who produces a crop..."

1. The Thought: Good soil doesn't happen by accident. We prepare our hearts by being teachable, asking questions, and being willing to change when the Bible challenges us.
2. Response: Who is an older Christian in your life who helps you understand the Bible better? Have you asked them a question lately?
3. Application: Text, call, or talk with that person today. Ask them: "What is one verse that has helped you make a hard decision lately?"
