Your real job isn't your day job—it's making disciples right where God has already placed you, with the people already in your everyday life.

Individual Reach starts where you already are. Under the authority of Jesus, your current location isn't a mistake—your workplace, your classroom, your locker room, and your neighborhood are all discipleship opportunities. The difference between your day job and your real job is this: your day job earns an income, but your real job is making disciples in your going. Reach begins with the people God has already positioned in your everyday life, the ones you'd never have to drive anywhere to find. You don't have to engineer the moment; you simply live in the flow of what God is doing and stay ready to share what He's done for you.

Serve

Serving is one of the easiest ways to turn faith into action. When you give your time and your heart, you’re helping create a space where people feel welcomed, cared for, and known. Whether you’re behind the scenes or up front, every act of service plays a part in what God is doing.

Reach

Reach is about sharing the love of Jesus beyond the walls of our church—locally, nationally, and around the world. Through serving our neighbors, supporting communities across the country, and partnering globally, we have the opportunity to be part of something bigger than ourselves. Every act of generosity and obedience helps bring hope where it’s needed most.

Invite someone

An invitation can change everything. You never know how God might use a simple “come with me” to reach someone who’s looking for hope or community. Church is more than a place to attend—it’s a place to belong, grow, and experience God together.
