Read Philippians 4:6-7
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God… will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Devotional
Everyone feels stressed sometimes. Maybe it’s school, friendships, sports, family situations, or worrying about the future. Stress is a normal part of life, but God doesn’t want us to carry our worries alone.
Paul doesn’t say, “Pretend everything is fine.” He tells us to bring everything to God through prayer. God already knows what you are facing, but He invites you to talk to Him about it.
Imagine carrying a heavy backpack all day. Eventually, your shoulders hurt, and you become tired. Prayer is like taking that backpack off and handing it to God. He is strong enough to carry what feels too heavy for you.
God may not always change your situation right away, but He promises to give you His peace while you walk through it. His peace comes from knowing that you are not alone.

Prayer
God, thank you for caring about everything I face. Help me bring my worries to you instead of carrying them by myself. Give me your peace and remind me that you are with me. Amen.
