At The Point, discipleship is a priority for us. We know that parents have the most influence on a child and we want to partner with you by helping to reinforce what you are teaching your children at home about faith.
Parent Waiver Form
Each year, we ask parents to complete a waiver form for every student who attends. Please use the link below to sign up your student(s). Only one form is needed per family each calendar year.
